Longitudinal context

Governed activity summaries place individual rides and movement sessions in a longer record. Skating can involve intentional cardiovascular exertion while producing self-propelled mobility. Elevated heart rate can also occur while seated in ParaTransit, where vehicle motion is externally produced. These are different functional contexts and are not matched physiological mechanisms. The ParaTransit WHOOP population is an activity-summary series; it must not be treated as synchronized one-minute Kubios telemetry or as time above an HR threshold. A subject-specific 100-bpm investigation reference motivated closer review of high seated HR, but it is not a clinical pain threshold. Missing seat and vehicle classifications remain missing.
