Evidence overview

The completed same-day mobility experiment compares pain-limited Walking with controlled Mall skating and PT skating. It combines reported function with independent movement measurements; the accelerometer does not measure pain. Transportation is a separate continuing record: historical rides provide a frozen reference, while corrected October 2 is a prospective observation against that reference. WHOOP activity summaries describe cardiovascular context, and case-specific Kubios/Polar recordings describe mechanics and physiology. These sources use different time scales and denominators. The public graphs below show the strongest reviewed comparisons; the detailed pages explain their methods, uncertainty, missingness, and limits. All findings concern one person and do not establish a population-wide effect.
